I am a single mom with 2 small boys, 2 cats and a career and Melissa was able to accomodate and work around my full schedule and still keep us on schedule for preparing my home for sale. Melissa has a great range of contacts outside of real estate who were ready and able to help me in a few areas at a very reasonable price (handman, garbage removal, electrian, etc). She even helped by supervising my cleaners when I got called out to a meeting, and kept my Sunday open house going hours past it's timeframe due to the interested buyers still passing through. Melissa went well above and beyond the duty of a standard real estate agent, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.
